Are we licensed and/or insured for junk removal?

Dumper Taxi is fully licensed and insured. We hold the necessary permits to operate safely and within the rules & regulations provided for junk removal businesses by New York State.

Do you provide free estimates?

One of our junk removal agents will provide you with a free on-site estimate.

Do I need to be there when my job is being done?

We appreciate if our customers are on site during the jobs. We generally will provide notice of our arrival. Otherwise please have someone who is aware of the job details, and can cover costs or make prior arrangements with us for this.

What if I have to haul away hazardous materials?

Give us a call to discuss any materials you may be unsure of whether we can haul. We would be happy to discuss this with our clients on a case by case basis.

What is your maximum truck load?

15,000 pounds

Is there a time limit?

Depending on the job we will a lot a certain amount of time, but you may be assessed a surcharge for long jobs.

How do you calculate cost?

We generally charge $0.10 per pound of junk being hauled. However, depending on the specifics of the job you will be charged a surcharge for extra amenities.

Do you provide bins?

We provide 3 bins for each job.

How many workers come to each job?

Depending upon the size and nature of the job, we will determine the number of Dumper Taxi Junk Removal Experts to send.

Can you move my stuff to another location I specify?

Junk removal trucks are not licensed to carry items for the purpose of moving them.
